Hello! I’m Jayden and I just love to eat and make baked goods. This is a recipe for cranberry muffins. I got to make it myself with a little help using the knife.
Cranberry Muffins
1 1/4 Cups of sugar (We used 1 ½ cups)
¼ Cups of butter softened (We ran out of butter so we used oil)
2 eggs
½ Cups of milk
2 cups of flour
1/4 teaspoons of Salt
2 cups of Cranberries
Makes 12 good sized muffins.
1. Grease muffin tin.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Chop the Cranberries. (We used the Ninja/blender to chop)
4. Mix all.
5. Put in Tin.
6. Bake for 25- 30 minutes in the oven.
7. When done cooking poke fork in. (If it has goo on it when it comes out cook it for a little long and if it doesn’t its good)
8. Enjoy!!
This is a great and easy recipe. It’s not too tart or too sweet, just perfect. I would make it again tomorrow if I could. So if you are feeling snack-ish and you want something sweet here’s your recipe.
Jayden is a happy-go-lucky 10 (almost 11!) year old who lives in Central Florida with her mom, dad, two big sisters, two little brothers, a dog named Heidi, a cat named Karma, and a fish named Lucky Steve. When she’s not helping in the kitchen, or begging to help in the kitchen, she occupies herself by reading and writing.
These muffins look and sound delicious, Jayden! I’ll pin them for my children to make soon :-)
I made this gluten and dairy free and then topped it with cranberry chutney. It was amazing. Thanks for the recipe!
